Роман Василенко БиографияРоман Василенко – бывший военнослужащий, который построил бизнес-империю, основанную на сетевом маркетинге. Неоднократно предпринимателя обвиняли в мошенничестве, а его фирму объявляли финансовой пирамидой. Детство и юностьБудущий бизнесмен родился 5 апреля 1969 года в Ленинграде. Его родители были офицерами морской авиации, поэтому семья военнослужащих вместе с наследником исколесила многие военные гарнизоны. После окончания школы пошел по стопам отца и матери и Роман: поступил в военно-финансовое училище в Ярославле, окончив которое получил профессию экономиста и звание лейтенанта. С 1990-го выпускник служил в военно-морском флоте, которому посвятил 8 лет жизни. Уволившись из ВМФ, Василенко стал офицером запаса и сохранил право ношения военной формы. БизнесЕще во времена службы Василенко задумался о собственном бизнесе. Ради этого Роман с 1996 года начал осваивать азы предпринимательского искусства на курсах MBA во Франции, в Швейцарии, Соединенных Штатах, на Кипре и в других странах. Одновременно Василенко устроился в швейцарскую фирму, где занимался финансовым консалтингом в течение 16 лет. Первую компанию Роман основал в 2013 году вместе с партнером, привлек в контору бывших сослуживцев. По признанию Василенко, из этого ничего не вышло: дела быстро пошли в гору, что вскружило голову сооснователю, который тайно переоформил бумаги на свое имя, оставив Василенко ни с чем. БлогОсенью 2016 года Василенко стал еще и блогером: завел собственный ютьюб-канал «Охотник за успехом», где делится мотивационными видеороликами и проводит бизнес-тренинги. Осенью 2020-го Роман сам стал интервьюером и расспросил Арнольда Шварценеггера о его становлении в карьере. Роман Василенко и Best WayВ 2014-м бизнесмен снова начал с нуля и открыл организацию Life is Good и жилищный кооператив Best Way. Свою фирму Роман позиционирует как альтернативу ипотеке: для приобретения недвижимости один пайщик использует средства других вкладчиков, что позволяет быстрее получить жилье или коммерческий объект и оплачивать его без процентов или по сниженной ставке. Также в холдинге появилась бизнес-академия IBA, где Василенко является директором и преподавателем. Годом позже бизнесмен получил ученую степень кандидата наук в экономическом университете Санкт-Петербурга, в 2016-м стал доктором экономических наук в Европейской академии естественных дисциплин в Ганновере. Еще одно образование – магистра юриспруденции – Роман получил в Ленинградском университете имени Александра Пушкина в 2020-м. Свою деятельность бизнесмен активно освещает в печатной прессе и эфире федеральных СМИ. Так, на НТВ в 2017 году вышел сюжет «Ипотека по-новому», где предпринимателя выставили продолжателем советских жилищно-строительных кооперативов. Двумя месяцами позже на этом же телеканале Василенко предостерег зрителей от участия в финансовых пирамидах. А на заре становления в бизнесе, когда деловой мужчина занимался интернет-проектом E-xecutive.ru, его интервью опубликовало издание «Форбс». Весной 2021-го телеканал «Россия 24» подготовил специальный репортаж о жилищном кооперативе Best Way, в действиях которого нашли признаки финансовой пирамиды. Так, журналисты отметили, что фирма предлагает сказочные условия: заплатив более € 2 тыс., можно внести 35–50 % от стоимости жилья, через год в него заселиться и выплачивать остаток долга беспроцентно. Таким образом, пайщики кооператива вложили миллиарды рублей, соответственно, если количество вкладчиков и финансовых вливаний сократится, наступит крах структуры. Осенью Центробанк включил холдинг Life is Good в перечень фирм с признаками нелегальной деятельности, уточнив, что организация имеет характерные черты пирамиды. В этот список попали еще 2 детища Романа Василенко: Hermes Management и Best Way. На такие новости отреагировали внутри компании: директорам разных уровней разослали письма с уверением, что переживать не о чем, а фирма продолжает работать как часы и приносить прибыль. Также топ-менеджеры запустили акцию, пообещав компьютеры MacBook Air и автомобиль Mercedes Benz GLC тем партнерам, которые завлекут в организацию как можно больше людей. Сам бизнес-тренер провел интервью с Познером, которому рассказал о жизненном пути и программе приобретения недвижимости в Best Way. Осенью 2021 года в результате заведенного уголовного дела несколько сотрудников Василенко были задержаны, а в начале 2022-го первоначальная статья изменилась на мошенничество в особо крупном размере.
